The Speronella Marsh collection is inspired by a deep love for block printing, blending traditional craftsmanship with a fresh, contemporary spirit. Each piece tells a story—layered with imagination, care, and thoughtful detail. Speronella draws inspiration from the often-overlooked beauty of local flora, bringing nature’s evolving shapes to life in her designs.

Working from her home studio in the English countryside, Speronella meticulously carves lino to create intricate negative spaces, which she prints onto fabric and wallpaper. This careful process transforms materials into vibrant, one-of-a-kind creations that honor both tradition and innovation.
 

Speronella’s passion for gardening and fascination with organic silhouettes shines through in each design. As she puts it, “What captivates me is how they look nothing like their original form—they have their own identity. I translate these natural shapes into my designs.”
 

Her designs have been celebrated in many of the UK’s leading interior magazines, a testament to their enduring appeal and artistry.
 

The wallpaper collection is digitally printed by a master printer.

In September 2026, Speronella will launch a matching fabric collection to complement her wallpaper range.

Trama, a new plain fabric collection, is comprised of eight colors, created to complement the wallpaper collection.  The collection is woven in the UK and is suitable for upholstery and curtains.
